This is a plain-language notice. It explains, in everyday words, what we collect when you join the Cupstone waitlist, why, and what you can do about it.
Cupstone Coffee (“Cupstone,” “we,” “us”) is an organic coffee subscription, launching soon. It is operated by Foods4Soul LLC, a Washington, DC limited liability company. This policy covers the website at cupstone.coffee.
1.What we collect
Right now, the only personal information we collect is the email address you enter in the waitlist form.
We don’t use analytics or advertising trackers, and we don’t set our own cookies. Our hosting provider, Netlify, may use strictly necessary cookies or keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver the site and keep it secure.
2.Why we collect it
We use your email address only to send you updates about Cupstone’s launch and early access. That’s it.
- We do not sell or rent your information.
- We do not share it with others for their own marketing.
- We do not use it for anything unrelated to the Cupstone launch.
3.Where it’s stored
When you submit the form, your email address is received and stored by Netlify (Netlify Forms), which hosts this website. A notification of your signup is then sent to our Google Workspace email inbox. These providers process the information on our behalf, under their own security and privacy terms.
4.How long we keep it
We keep your email address until we stop sending launch updates, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
5.Your choices and deletion requests
You’re in control of your information. You can:
- Unsubscribe from updates at any time.
- Ask what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete your email address.
To do any of these, email hello@cupstone.coffee from the address you signed up with. We’ll act on your request promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we’ll honor valid requests.
6.Children
Cupstone is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13, and we don’t market to children. If you believe a child has given us their email address, contact us and we’ll delete it.
7.Changes to this policy
If what we collect or how we use it changes (for example, when subscriptions open), we’ll update this page and its effective date. If a change is significant, we’ll also let waitlist members know by email before it takes effect.
